Who we are

What we do not collect

You can read the Playbook and use its diagnostics, calculators and tools without an account. Available downloads are free and require no registration form or email address. We do not ask for your name or contact details to use these features.

Search, diagnostics and calculators run in your browser. Diagnostic answers and calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.

Search terms also appear in the page address and may reach our host in requests or request logs when you open or reload a search link, or follow another page on this site. Avoid putting personal or confidential information in search terms or page links.

Analytics and cookies

We do not currently use analytics, tracking scripts or cookies on this site. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager do not run here. On the home page, we use session storage to remember your motion preference and whether the opening animation has been shown. These settings are stored in your browser for the page session and are not sent to us.

If we add measurement tools later (for example Google Analytics), we will update this notice before they go live, and we will ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set. Advertising and personalisation features will not be used.

Who processes the data, and where

Our host, Netlify, processes technical request data, including your IP address, browser information, requested page address and request time, to deliver and secure the site. Page addresses may contain search terms or other information in links you use. For questions about how Netlify handles these logs, including processing locations and retention, contact support@kraftdigital.co.nz.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for access to, and correction of, personal information we hold about you. We may need more information to identify records relating to you. Contact us at support@kraftdigital.co.nz so we can assess your request. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

Changes

If we change how we collect or measure anything on the site, we will update this notice and the date above before the change takes effect.
