About these terms
The AI-Augmented GTM Playbook (the website, the diagnostics, calculators and tools, and the downloadable editions) is published by Kraft Digital Limited (New Zealand company number 8596826), Wellington, New Zealand. Using the site or the downloads means you accept these terms.
General commercial guidance only
The Playbook is general commercial guidance. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and it is not advice about your particular circumstances. The diagnostics and calculators work only from the information you supply. Their results are illustrations to support your own judgement, not recommendations or verified findings.
Your decisions are yours
You are responsible for your decisions, for how you implement anything in the Playbook, and for checking that it suits your organisation, data, systems and legal obligations. That includes any use of AI or automation, and obtaining professional advice where you need it.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee any commercial outcome, result, saving or return from using the Playbook. Examples, cases, figures and evidence are given with the qualifications shown alongside them. To the extent the law allows, Kraft Digital Limited is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or the downloads. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow to be limited, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
Intellectual property and permitted use

You may read, download, print and use the Playbook for personal use or internal use within your organisation. You may share copies within your organisation for that internal use and adapt the editable templates for it. You may not publish, sell, sublicense or distribute the Playbook or substantial parts of it outside your organisation without written permission. You must not present the Playbook as your own work. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights. Ask us at support@kraftdigital.co.nz.
Third-party material
The Playbook cites third-party publications, cases and sources for reference, with attribution. Those works remain the property of their owners. Citing them does not mean those owners endorse the Playbook, and we make no claim to their rights. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Print edition
The print-formatted PDF is for printing yourself. It is not press-ready. A commercial printer would need to check the file before production.
